Your wardrobe is your arsenal. Layer outfits, unlock Combos, and master the duelling art in this fashion roguelike deckbuilder by UgokuWare. Coming to Steam for PC and macOS.
Dress the Duel is a fashion roguelike deckbuilder developed by UgokuWare using the LÖVE 2D framework. Your deck is your wardrobe — you play Outfit cards during combat to equip costumes into up to four slots (hat, top, bottom, and accessory). Each equipped slot accumulates Posture, your primary damage multiplier, turning every outfit choice into a strategic investment.
The Layering System is the game's core mechanic. Stack specific outfit combinations to trigger powerful Combo bonuses that reshape your run. Strategic disrobing — removing costumes at the right moment — generates energy, draws cards, or deals burst damage. Cursed items punish careless removal, forcing you to plan every equip decision. With permadeath and procedurally generated floors, no two runs play the same.
